Slow Or Fast apparel follows Japanese sizing unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Sizing may differ from standard United States or international sizing.

We strongly recommend comparing the measurements shown on the product page with a similar garment you already own.

Incorrect size selection does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.

Our primary store pricing may be based in Japanese yen. Prices displayed in other currencies may change due to exchange rates, currency conversion, Shopify market settings, or other payment processing factors.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

All Slow Or Fast orders ship from Tokyo, Japan.

Tracked delivery is currently available to selected destinations shown during checkout.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Slow Or Fast is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, local holidays, government restrictions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

• Minor variations consistent with normal manufacturing

We cannot guarantee that a carrier investigation will result in reimbursement or replacement.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
