RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited nature of Slow Or Fast releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and size guides carefully before placing your order. Our apparel follows Japanese sizing, and we strongly recommend comparing the listed measurements with a garment you already own.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

EUROPEAN UNION & UNITED KINGDOM

Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom may have statutory rights to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Where this right applies, you must notify us within the applicable cancellation period and return the item in its original condition. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to account for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Any statutory consumer rights provided under applicable law remain unaffected.

AUSTRALIA

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable rights relating to faulty or defective goods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Original international shipping charges are generally non refundable except where required by applicable law.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other charges paid to governments, carriers, or customs authorities are not refundable by Slow Or Fast.
